How to Locate Someone in Custody
If you are looking for someone who was arrested, there are 4 different jails to check:
- Clark County Detention Center (CCDC): The Detention Center houses all persons charged with felony, gross misdemeanor and misdemeanor crimes in Clark County. Most people arrested on the Strip are taken to CCDC. The telephone number to call is (702) 671-3900. The address is 330 South Casino Center, Las Vegas, NV 89101. To locate an inmate online, click here. You can go the home page from there and find out additional information, including the inmate’s the visitation schedule.
- The Las Vegas City Jail houses all persons charged with misdemeanor offenses in the Las Vegas City Limits. Persons arrested in downtown Las Vegas/Freemont Street are taken here. To locate an inmate, call 702 229-6099 or click here. The address is 3300 Stewart Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89101.
- The North Las Vegas City Jail houses all persons arrested for misdemeanors in the City of North Las Vegas. To locate an inmate, call (702) 633-1400, or click here. The address is 2332 Las Vegas Boulevard North, Suite 200 North Las Vegas, NV 89030.
- The Henderson City Jail houses all persons arrested in the City of Henderson and Boulder City. Persons charged with misdemeanors will remain in the City of Henderson Detention Center. Persons charged with felonies and gross misdemeanors may be transferred to CCDC. To locate an inmate online, click here. The telephone number is (702) 267-5245. The address is 18 E.
